My oil paintings
are always lush. I rarely mix my paints with turpentine or mediums as this dilutes both the color and the
texture. Instead, I prefer to apply pigment straight from the tube, which creates paintings filled
with fresh vibrant color and lavish buttery textures. Although oil paints are very expensive to use, I would never sacrifice
my style of oil painting in order to produce a "watered-down" alternative. The purchase of an original oil painting
is a serious investment, and I want to ensure that owners of my works will never tire of seeing the richness of those
pigments for years to come!
