There have been times
in my artistic journey when it is exhilarating to just let go and see where the road will take me. Most of the paintings
on this page were done exclusively with a palette knife and thick gobs of leftover paint. They were done when my emotional
levels were swinging wildly and the only way I could vent my feelings was with utter abandon. Whenever a painting
comes about as a result of these low points in my journey as a visual artist, I realize that formal art training
is not the only way to produce an emotion-filled painting!
